How To Treat For Mosquito Bite?

Yesterday my 4 year old was bitten by a mosquito on his left ear. Now it's been swollen for a whole 24 hours. I have been giving him zyrtec and putting neosporin and hydrocortisone. It's still pretty swollen. Anything else I should do? Or just take him to dr.
