How To Treat Fractured L1 Mediated Pain?
Fractured L1 middle Oct. Working at dest 3 hours a day. Also have shoulder fracture and injury to muscle area. Pain is significant especially when walking over 3 blocks and bending forward. How long should this take to heal. No brace at this time, but need to sleep in recliner with feet elevated to relieve pain, No bone density issues
