How To Treat Irregular Periods?

i am 20 yrs old and my height is 4'11.weight 40 kg i got my periods when i was 13 yrs old. but since then my periods are irregular. earlier it use to be 1 or two months late but when i was 17 yrs old it stopped for 10 to 11 months. then i consulted a doctor in apollo hospital. she said i was having hormonal problems and prescribed me to take novelon for 6 months but after that also i m having the same problem. my periods are irregular and i dont get it till i have medicines. again i consulted them and they r saying that i m having genetic problems but no one in my family have that problem. due to this i m having hair loss and pimples. my body temperature always remains high as if i m having fever. please suggest me best gyanaecologist for this
