How To Treat Itchy Rash On The Areola?

Hi, I've been experiencing an itchy/flaky/discoloring rash which first started on my right aerola but has formed also on my left one. I keep running across info on "Pagets Disease" which has itchy aerola as the number one symptom.. I am very concerned and would appreciate any answers..
