How To Treat Lumps On The Penis?

I am uncut. And ect. When I started hitting puberty my penis started getting bumps around the head. I was very scared thought it was some type if std. I did some research and found out it was pearly penile papules. Years went by and doe thing new had that now I have started noticing. Yes I went to my doctor and he said it was PPP. But I didn t show him the other part of these bumps. Not PPP. Or anything. I have fordyce spots too. But not under my skin more near the scotrom and shaft. They arint really noticeable. But I have some bumps look like skin and a little white. Under my foreskin. They never gone away. And they itch. I had them when I hit puberty. At first I didn t care as much still young saying oh they would go away. And PPP and fordyce spots do not itch all looked it up. We ll these itch. They look similar to fordyce spots. Kinda in a cluster but still a range part from each other. I hate them. And it worries me beacause I can t find what they are. They itch and lowered my sexual confidence Afriad if it s and std I don t want to pass it to another person if it is. And how they will react to it if they see it. I thought they were fordyce spots but no. Or I m I over reacting to this? They will itch like carzy some days and I have to pull my skin and scratch. They will get big sometimes but then get small again. One day they were itchy like always I mean. I do to the bathroom and pull back but this time they have black things in them I get freaked. So I scratch it off and it s like a very small hair or somthing. I don t think hair can grow that far up on a penis. Yes I do masterbate. And one day I got more of those bumps on the side of my penis when I pull back. Sorry if it s confusing. But that itched too. I got red open sores on my penis when I pulled back. Then I was bummed out to see that. I thought I had an std. It healed. And then I masterbated again and got a new one. New open painful burn. I later learned that it was the friction I was doing to my penis but masterbating. And I put omit on it. It went away. But still was sad. Because my penis has all these bumps and things that don t make it look good. Finally one day my penis had an itching but bad itch. I started itching and then ouch a painful sting I touched hurt. So I go cheak it out. Th side if my penis had red bumps on it skin inflated they hurt a lot. And when I pulled back there was even more a cluster of red bumps on my peni that itched. So I put omint on it and went to sleep. Next day it was gone. But I have more small bumps. Around the head. Like they spread. That makes me worry a lot. I don t knwo what to do. First when I masterbate. I do clean up the seman and stuff wipe with toilet paper wash hands done. I do wash my penis. A lot so the bumps can not irritate as much My skin can be pulled back fully so it looks cut I m still a virgin I m 15 years old guy. Worried. I mean I m that guy that will have sex if it s save for me to and that I m clean. And not ruin anyone s life. Lots of girls like me. A lot and some want to have sex with me or give me oral. But I don t want to. I m scared. Idk what I have std or not I need to be 100% sure I don t have std. What can it be? An infection? I had these bumps for years now. I need answers. What cream do I need to make them go away? I m tired of having all these things happen to my penis. It would really really help if you can tell me what it is.
