How To Treat One Blocked Fallopian Tube?

I m 32 years old,lady..my hight 5'3".i had manstrual circle probslem,before,i got married..now i cnt consive since last one year..my doctor cheak al kind of tests reports..nd then he finaly said,i have my one tube block..nd suggest for surgery nd other option to inject nd get power to one open tube..my question is that..what wil i do..?is surgery last option?or have i choose for another..plz suggest me,what i will do..sanghita,from india,assam
