How To Treat Passing Of Blood In Urine And Stool?

hi. Im a woman, I have had cloudy dark urine for a long time that comes and goes along with groin pain and attributed it to dehydration which was later diagnosed. I also get pain from lower back around to mid right side. I recently had antibiotics twice in a row for an abcessed tooth. Now i have painful urination doc says blood in urine but no bacteria. I also noticed bright red blood in my stools. Is this normal after antibiotics, i dont usually take them.
