Had a pelvic ultrasound 2 weeks ago, they found several fibroids 4.2 largest and smaller ones. They akso found several cysts in my right ovary 2.1 and smaller ones. I am 53 years old, haven't had a period in 3 years. I am meeting with my ob/gyn tomorrow. What can I expect
