How To Treat Spinal Sac And Compression With Disc Indentation?

AGE 35 No kid but plan to have 1 ext two years Height 160 cm weight 63 kg C6 DISC Indenting into the spinal sac & compression of the nerve. Am i dangering myself not to have the disc replaced. Could i place myself in a wheel chair if the disc was to move further towards the cord. I have always been an active person and now they say i cant run or ski or surf or carry the shopping. How could i care for a baby if i cant do these simple things. I have always said no to an operation but maybe its the only option. How easy can disc move thru sports.
