How To Treat The Pain In My Breast?

I got a mild case of shingles a few months ago. It went away quickly with the medicine, but I have had pain through my chest area, primarily in my breast, I am so fatigued and very achey. I make it through work, but barely make it home to rest. My dr gave my gabapentin which I think is helping a little and hydro codeine, which helps for the pain. I'm frustrated and would like a second opinion.
