I am Prakash 26 year of old,i have a problem with my reproductive organ which froming a white layer sorrunding of my penis since 10 years, previsly i shone to doctor he told me to do circumsion, but iam affried of it and still i didn't done.

Please give suggest me that is there any other alternative treatment except sugery and is there any sexually transmitted diseases well be occur.
