How To Treat The Red Circular Indented Itching Spot On My Leg?

I am a 22 year old girl, and I have what looks like a red circular indented spot on my leg, and it itches like crazy. I tried putting neosporin on it, to help relieve it, but it still itches. However, I have not scratched it so it won't get infection.
