How To Treat Vaginal Infection?

My age 6I had a bought with BB tthree mo. ago. They came in,fumigated. Befor they were gone,got bitten in the vaginal area,got a strep staph infection. Have had so many pbobs. Was bitten on chest elbow,back of neck.Those areas are still red and hurt,hurt worse when I take a shower. The water makes the areas very red and painful. Feel My nose was invaded as well as my vaginal area. Is that possible??Age 68.
