How To Treat Vaginal Odour After Childbirth?

Hello I have been having problems with a vaginal odor for the past month, I had my son 3 1/2 months ago and I have treated it for a yeast infection and the smell leaves and comes back within a day. I also have been quite nauseous the smell is embarrassing. Help Please.
