How To Treat Whitish/reddish Bump On Leg?

Hi,

Over the last couple of months I have developed a whitish/reddish bump that looks like a skin tag or a wart on my leg. However I have noticed another one starting to grow on my other leg? Do you know what this could be? I asked a doctor last time I was there when it was smaller and she said not to worry about it but it has grown fairly larger and now I have developed another one.
