Hypothyroid, Have Hypoglycemic Incidents. Could This Be Related To Menopause?

I m 56 yrs old and having problems with hypoglycemia possibly related to menopause? I am not on hrt at the moment but wondered if this would alleviate the problem-also take thyroxine for hypothyroidism am currently on correct dosage of levothyroxine . The hypoglycemic incidents are wearing me down -I have very low appetite and struggle to eat sufficient carbs and protein. help!
