Is Dermatend Effective For Moles On Face?

Hi, I have 5 moles I would like removed, 2 on my face (on raised and one flat) and 3 raised on my neck. Their humiliating, and lower my self esteem so much. Would you recommend Dermatend? I saw it online and was a bit skeptical. Is it safe? Does it work?
