Is Dolo 650 Safe And Effective For Body Pain?

Hi Doctor, I am 2 months pregnant now. i consulted doctor. she told i have throat infection and gave crocin 500mg for 3 days and novomox lb for 5 days. its my 5th day consulting doctor. i have body pain now. can i take dolo 650 mg or consult doctor again today?
