Is Vertin 16 Ideal For Dizziness In A Diabetic Patient?

My mother is suffering from DIABETIES MILLATUS from last 25 years ,she is under going treatment ,she is taking insulin also .But from last one week she is feeling very weak and dijjiness .Taking Thyronorm 25mcg ,and for dijjines Dr has given Vertin 16 .so, I want to know is this the right molecule for this .
