Is A Breast Discharge Normal After Surgery?

it's is normale to have breast discharge on both breasts even after surgery removing milk from high prolactin level i had the surgery on june,the go back to open on august,then now october
milk keep coming back open back the surgery because no way to get out pregnancy test come negative,mri for brain pituitary without or with contrast came negative also and i got my cycles normal should i get ultrasound?
