Is A Brown Scab On The Labia Due To Yeast Infection?

Hello. Yesterday I had a sudden onset of vaginal itching and my left labia became swollen. I stopped by to see my primary care physician. She did a quick exam and tested me for herpes, gonherrea, and chlamydia. I have not received the results yet. She diagnosed me with a yeast infection and prescribed me 150 mg of Fluconazole and suggest I take Zyrtic to controlling the swelling. Today, the swelling has resolved and the itching is very minimal. However, I have noticed a small brownish scab-like marking on my labia that was swollen. It is only on the left labia, and I'm not sure if I had scratched it while it was itching. I have no pains or aches, no trouble with urination or any type of pain. My primary doctor did not suspect herpes, but I'm still slightly concerned. I have a follow up appointment with my OBGYN tomorrow. I was looking for some input; does this happen with yeast infections? Or could it be something else?
