Is A Mucous And Irregular Period With Back Pain Worrisome?

I am having lower right back pain that slightly echoes in my front right ovary. Nausea and light-headedness. I have history of a cervical ulcer and 3cm blood cyst on my left ovary (both have been treated supposedly) yet i still have discharge of mucous and irregular period (this month only). During last ovulation i found 2 lumps discharged (wet tissue like lumps off white color).
