Is Aching In Abdomen Caused Due To Ovarian Cyst?

Hi,I am having cyst in my left ovary....actually we were trying for pregnancy for5months and then I missed my period in April 2013...so I n my husband thought that I might b pregnant and we went to doctor but it was not so..instead cyst founded in both ovaries...From June I have given YAMINI to take....then my right ovarian cyst got removed but left ovarian cysts remained...size decreased but a liittle bit till now..there was no pain and my periods were normal...but in Nov It started paining in my right side..the whole right abdomen along with side bones was aching...it continued for around 7 days and then stopped......Again it started paining from 26 Dec and is continuing...pain is so severe that I cannot stand or walk for more time..even I cannot sit.....not able to do my daily work properly....So I went to a hospital where they have done blood test,urine test,x-ray of abdomen and pelvis,ultrasound of the two,MRI,piles,and even Colonoscopy....but everything was founded correct....only left ovarian cyst seen.....So I want to know is this pain is due to the cyst??I Have confusion that the left ovarian cyst might be the reason for my right side pain??? And what treatment is needed for the cyst??? Also I m having no child.. Also in March2013 first week my husband suffered from chicken pox..and after 10 to 15 days I also got infected...In April I missed my period... And during my checkup one of the gynaec recommended my husband to do semen analysis...He got it done on the 7th day of absistence and got no sperm count...what b done..thinking of doing it again..he is having hypertension from the last 10 to 11 years and is taking medicine Telmikind AM now..have done his routine medical checkup just a week ago...got low RBC..
