Is Bruised Scalp Sign Of Fibromyalgia Or Lupus?

For 2 weeks now, my scalp on the right side of my head feels like it's bruised. It is from the front of my scalp to the crown. It has just started feeling like it is on my forehead. My husband had a dr appt today, I went along, just to have the ability to ask him about this. He is my dr too, but it was not my appt. He looked at my scalp and didn't see any soars, redness, etc., it looks normal. He thought maybe, shingles, but pretty much outruled because no lesions, maybe hair coloring, but I've been going to the same girl using the same product for 6 yrs., and again, only on one side of my head. He said if continues to see a neurologist and gave me a referral. Other things I have seen on the internet about this refer to lupus and fibromyalgia. Any thoughts?
