Is Cramps And Tender Breasts Symptom Of PCOS?

I recently found ot that i have polycystic ovararian syndrome. my Gyno started me on Microgynon 30. Over the past week (my first week starting microgynon 30) i have experienced cramps, tender breasts and now my hemorrhoidal tissues are inflamed. Are these symptoms related?
