Is Delay In Periods Due To Belly Liposuction?

I have belly lipo on July 26th. I got my August period right on time but this month it has not come and is over a week late. I have NEVER been. I took a pregnancy test that cam back negative. Could it be due to my surgery even though I have had one normal period since the surgery?
