Is Fibroids With Fluid Filled To Be Concerned?

I am 39 years of age, 5'7 and 215 lb. I went to a diagnostic center, by referal, and my results were reported as;a 3.4 cm cyst on my ovary (1) and a 3.9 cm fibroid. My doctor thought is was best to come back in because she called to confirmed somethings and they never returned her call. But in the mist of that, due to a transvaginal they did not do found that I have many fibroids but they are fluid filled. No surgery is required, how true is that?
