Is Gianotti Crosti Contagious?

I am 12 weeks pregnant and have a friend that has a 7 month old with Gianotti Crosti. She wants to bring him on our holiday weekend getaway. Should I be concerned? I had difficulty getting pregnant and am of course trying to do everything right... The rash in pictures looks horrible and she said its spreading to his face now.. he had ALOT of respiratory issues at 2 months old and catches viruses easily now... Thank you for your time!
