Is Immediate Medical Attention Required For Loss Of Memory?

Finding myself confused a lot lately can t remember what I was doing or even where I am 25 years old started having seizures 2 years ago low blood pressure kidney infections 3-5 times a year weight the fluctuates regularly irregular bowel movements also these weird sweats I ve never had that before and sometimes they are so bad I literally faint some times at night pain on the right side back sometimes the front too but more localized to the middle right fits of anger sometimes before the seizures .. Doctors never got anywhere but treating me for seizures minimally .. Lately in more worried about the confusion loss of memory it s been getting worse for 2 3 Weeks now should I worry ? Do I need to seek urgent attention did I forget swollen lips bad and dry cracked and bleeding nothing helps I can t even drink enough water
