Is Inter Menstrual Bleeding Symptom Of Pregnancy?

Hello, I am 18 years old. I have been taking Birth control for seven months, then stopped for one month and began again. 11 days into the cycle I had sex, I didn't take it for the next two days and had sex again on the 14th day. The Morning of the 15th day ( about 12 hours after I had sex for the second time) I got my period. I had a doctor appointment that day and he told me double up and finish the month off. Does that mean I am not Pregnant? Does it mean that this months period has passed since the egg has dropped? Since i stopped my period my doubling up, will the rest of it dispose at the end of the month at the normal intended time or is that a separate egg entirely?
