Is It Advisable To Feed Baby From An Infected Breast?

Hi there. I am breastfeeding, but after (foolishly) squeezing 2 little montgomery glands, it seems they have become a little infected, and it hurts when I try to feed from that side. Also, my lymph gland under my arm seems a little swollen... so my questions are: 1/ Is it still okay for my baby to feed from that side (despite the initial pain from the gland)? and 2/ Would the lymph gland be swollen due to the infection also??? and 3/ Do I need antibiotics, as apart from the pain on feeding, I feel asymptomatic??? Please help. Thanks .
