Is It Due To Sweat And Oil There Is Small Boils On Forehead?

I recently saw small boils on my both side of my four head, these boils would later turn black , these boils are not noticeable only when I am sweaty or oily I can see them, otherwise they are not trouble. When I was in my teens, I use to sleep with my makeup on, I never use to use sun cream. I don't know. My grandmother have them so does my aunts. They told me it's moles. How can I tread them.
