Is It Normal To Feel Sick And Fluish After A Pap Test?

I had my first pap test yesterday afternoon. my doc was good, she tried to help me breath through it but it was incredibly painful. I woke up this am at 4 being sick to mys stomach and have felt awful all day, ind of fluish. is this something I should be calling her back about?
