Is It Normal To Have Discharge After Child Birth?

I am 3.5 months postpartum. I'm 28 and had a VBAC for my second child in September. Overall, I'm healthy. Is it normal to still be having discharge? I have been having yellow discharge every time I use the restroom. I also need to wear a pantyliner daily. No itching, no smell.
