Is It Normal To Have Frequent Light Bleeding With Soft Tissue And Clot?

on 2oth november 2011 my 11years and 4 months old daughter started with her mensuration. she had very less flow the first time and it lasted only 4-5 days. the next time she had very soft tissue having a drop or two of blood on 2nd jan'12 when she went to the wash room till 7th jan'12 night then she started with the actual bleeding which was moderately heavy and it continued till 15th Jan'12. After that till today i.e. 19.1.12 she again has that soft tissue kind or clot kind of discharge when she goes to the washroom. She has again put the napkin and there is a blood spot on that as well. When she wiped herself there was a bit stain on the towel. I am really worried that whether it is normal or not.
