Is It Normal To Have Less Hair In Armpit?

Im 15 turning 16 in 4 months and i barely have any armpit hair. under one arm i have fine hairs that are blonde looking (i have dark brown hair) and under the other there's like 6 or 7 hairs that grow but dont get longer than a certain point. I got my period at 13 and i do grow hair every where else pretty normally. Is having this little amount of hair normal? Do you think it will remain like this or eventually start growing more?
