Is It Normal To Have Purple Finger Tips And Inflamed Pancreas After Taking Crestor?

I am not able to take statins. I recently was hospitalized after being prescribed crestor. my right hand finger tips turned blue purple. My pancreas was inflamed. My doctor has over the years trid to lower my cholesteral starting with Lipitor which almost made me feel like I was dying from the inside out in my gut and the leg muscle issues then he prescribes provacol and zetia together & I felt like an old lady. Horrible cramps in my gut and legs and I had had it. there were others in between. After my physical 6 months ago he was going to prescribe me again other statins i said no lets try something differtn so he said ok. He sent me to a specialist who when I went there within 20 minutes was prescribed crestor which I later had a reaction ending up in the hospital. I just picked up my prescription he said try this. (I just had a follow up the other day with him. He mentioned hm lets try Zetia. I said Dr. you had me on that one it bothered me. So he gave me this Welchol and Im reading all the negative side affects.. to me it looks like it will do me in. The last straw. Im done. I have been trying to change my ways diet exercise but it doesnt happen over night. I find out the hospital he is associated with is doing trials on these drugs. Im a ginny pig and im done. A billion $$ industry. No more pills. My family lived into their late 80 s & 90 s all of a sudden (oh and they misbehaved) were being hit with all these drugs that cause side effects that can kill you or make you feel like your dying. Is there anything you can tell me about Welchol? Im not going to take it.
