Is It Possible To Have Regular Periods Without Ovulation?

i came off the pill end of april and had a withdrawl bleed on may 4th, my next period was june 7th and my last one was july 16th. considering they have been coming regularly i assume i have been ovulating but i have not managed to conceive, i am of healthy weight and bmi and i have no other health problems i am aware of. is it possible that i am not actually ovulating even though my periods have been regular?
