Is It Safe To Detach Uterus From Abdominal Wall Surgically?

I am 27 years old and have a 4 year old son that I delivered via csection, I had a lap done and found out my abdominal pain was caused primarily by my uterus being attached to my abdominal wall. My doctor want to separate it but I really want another child soon, is this surgery safe?
