Is It Safe To Remove Implanon By Self?

can i remove the implanon myself. i'm not allowed to have it removed yet. i haven't even had it in for a year yet and im putting on a lot of weight, i got stretch marks really bad, it also makes me a very emotional basketcase and i'm only 17. please help me.
