Is It Safe To Take Dexona For Irregular Menstrual Cycle?

I am married for last 3 yrs . & we are trying for children . Earlier i was not having regular MC's . My doc suggested to take Dexona 1 tb each day . I wonder if there 's any side effects & wud like to know how's this good for concieving . pls suggest
