Is It Safe To Take A Combination Of Mifepristone And Misoprostol?

I had taken a combination of mifepristone of misoprostol on 20th november. i did bleed for two to three days . i have not gone for a check up after that. but now when i my new menstural cycle needs to start i have onyl started bleeding very little and feel bloated..should i be worried about infection or anything else? how do i deal with bloating without taking medication and with natural fruits / veggies
