Is It Safe To Take A Contraceptive Pill When Diagnosed With PCOD?

Hello doctor I am 27 year old girl, diagnosed with PCOD. Initially i had irregular cycle, but then with some homeopathc treatment it got regularise. But i am still having the problem of hirsutism and acne. Also my level of testosterone is quite high i.e. 122 and DHEAS aroung 620. Doctor has prescribed me spironolactone tablet twice a day and drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablets once daily. I will be getting married this year so Is it safe to take such contraceptive pill at this stage.
