Is It Safe To Take Augmentin For Sinus Infection?

I am taking dilaudid for severe migraines, and have been on and off of it for many years without any side effects. I am also currently sick with a sinus infection. i had a fever yesterday and because tylenol is not available I took aspirin which never take. I am also on augmentin for the infection. I am having trouble urinating, but am experiencing absolutely NO pain or discomfort, but am habing trouble evacuating, and am constipated. I have callled my neurologist and pharmacist and neither were concerned or thought that the dilaudid could be casuing the urination problems. from the research I have done online, i have read that it may cause that. the pharmacist thought that the aspirin could be causing the issue because I never take it. Is this something that I should be worried about or be going to the emergency room for, or does it seem okay. Again, I am feeling no physical pain at all from these symptoms.
