Is It Safe To Take Postinor After Suffering A Miscarriage?

Hello Doctor, I had a miscarriage on 4th April and after that, I have consumed 3 doses of postinor 2 (on a basis of at least over a week in each interval). I am worried for I have not seen my period since then. Is anything wrong with my system? My normal cycle was 29 days approx.
