Is It Safe To Take Utovlan & Mefanamic Acid For The Tummy Pain?

hi, im 14 4ft 8 weigh about 7 stone and at the moment i am on the pill (microgynon 30) i have just finished my first pack & i am getting severe tummy aches. would it be alright to mix utovlan & mefanamic acid to ease the pain? i have been prescripted to these tablets from my doctor just before he put me on the pill but i don't want to mix them up if it causes something serious.. please help!
