Is It Safe To Use Dear21 And Fertibex For Bleeding After Periods?

I didn't get my period last cycle but I have observed bleeding which is not continous so consilted doctor she suggested me to use deviry 10mg tablets. After using the tab within 2 days I have got my period.

But I have seen same problem, after completion my menstrual cycle I have observed bleeding. Consulted the docotor again to know the reason she prescribed me Dear 21(10 days) and Fertibex(30 days).

Can you kindly let me know is it safer to use this tab.
