Is It Safe To Use Dettol For The Vaginal Cleaning?

Hello Doctor, Now, I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I use dettol with water to clean my virgina because, Last time I had Miscarriage at 6 months because of Urinal tract infection so in my home they said to clean with Dettol daily but today I see a yellow discarge with red line with it from virgina so It is good to use dettol?
