Is It Safe To Use Anoheal Cream For Anal Fissure?

Iv had a anal Fissure for approx 16months, Iv started of with sitz baths over the counter creams etc...nothing worked, My doctor then done botox injections still had pain a month after so was also prescribed anoheal cream which slowly began to work..was pain free for 3 weeks ..after one bm pain started back again....quite painful all day when sitting after bm, no bleeding in the last 7 months, just spasm pain its very hard to deal with been quite depressed since this started whole diet lifestyle etc has been changed ..tired on been in pain...still using anoheal cream
