Is It Safe To Use Cefalexin For Bruise On Skin?

im 42,4"10,7st. I have 2 wounds healing at the same time where one was from a burst breast abcess and the other is a incise and drain op.i had a third abcess but that has cleared.i had a new abcess which was drained by needle yesterday.this has left a bruise and im on cefalexin for 5 days.after i finish the course could this abcess come back as the nurse took most out..i dont like needles and draining was so painful...im scared it might recurr as all these abcesses were on the same right breast in different sites o n the right side.i've had enough and just want to recover lnce and for all.
